nostalgic. or resigned..? you tell me

As I said before, me, ~firenzi and another our schoolmate were going to Spanish Riding School in Vienna. We were there yesterday and I'm satisfied. I saw what I wanted to and a lot of more. I was absolutely fascinated by what the riders could have done with their stallions, with such an elegance and in so beautiful harmony. Of course it was just a morning exercise, not official performance, but I'm glad I was able to watch this, for me it's better experience as for rider, I can take more by an exercise than by a performance. For sure, I wouldn't refuse tickets to performance ^^ I would like to express my thanks to ~firenzi, for organizing this, for everything. :cuddle:

Sadly, my today's lesson with Segi wasn't what I'd imagine at all. Actually it was me who was the worst of all and I'd say the worst ever. I didn't ride for a week and now I ride as someone who never experienced trot. It was really the worst gruesomeness I could have trotted out, I felt like crying in that while and I feel like that still. It wasn't like 'How is it possible that Segi's not movin' like that Lipizzans in Vienna, hell..?', it was like I wasn't able to even sit on my ass while trotting! I wander if I shouldn't put an end to riding all around, as it seems I will never get to ride better than two months after my first trot. It would be sad for me but better for all horses I could possibly ever ride.

Just to complete, we also went to Stephansdom which is absolutely amazing and really great, and to Prater (roundabouts and so).

I'm so sorry I couldn't have wished the best to :iconrahera: at May 2nd, her wonderful birthday, as I had no acces to internet. I'm sorry again, and the biggest :hug: is her.

Photos will come soon as I hope, but not from Spanish Riding School, photographing there was forbidden. Sad..
